What kind of shipping methods do you offer?
Right now, we offer standard shipping for all orders. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-9 days.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on West Malaysia orders over RM100 and East Malaysia orders over RM200. Orders under RM100 for West Malaysia or under RM200 for East Malaysia will be charged for shipping but varies by region.

When will my order ship?
Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping and processing times depend on the items in your order. In stock items will ship same or next business day. The shipping estimate for each product is provided in real-time on the product page. You’ll also receive individual shipping estimates for each product in your Order Confirmation email.
Where can I find my tracking number?
After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.
Lost package?
For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as "delivered", or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.
